At Brave Fierce Digital, we are committed to delivering exceptional design services tailored to meet your business needs. Please review our refund policy for design projects:

  • Work Completed: We do not offer refunds for work that has already been completed.
  • Cancellation: Clients are responsible for payment based on the work completed up to the point of cancellation for active projects.
  • Deposits: Deposits made towards a project are non-refundable and are applied towards the total project package price.
  • Final Payment: Once the final payment for a project is made, it is non-refundable.

 

Set Up Fees for Services

  • Refunds: We do not provide refunds for set-up fees once services have commenced.
  • Cancellation: Clients may cancel their service at any time by submitting a written cancellation request at least two weeks before the next payment is due.

 

Monthly Subscription Services

Refund & Cancellation Policy

Our subscription services aim to provide ongoing support and value to your business. Here’s how our refund policy applies:

  • Refunds: We do not provide refunds for monthly subscription services.
  • Cancellation: Clients may cancel their subscription at any time by submitting a written cancellation request at least two weeks before the next payment is due.
  • Final Payment: Upon cancellation, the next scheduled payment will be the final one. We require a minimum of two weeks’ notice to facilitate the closure of services and transfer of client information.
