At Brave Fierce Digital, we are committed to delivering exceptional design services tailored to meet your business needs. Please review our refund policy for design projects:
- Work Completed: We do not offer refunds for work that has already been completed.
- Cancellation: Clients are responsible for payment based on the work completed up to the point of cancellation for active projects.
- Deposits: Deposits made towards a project are non-refundable and are applied towards the total project package price.
- Final Payment: Once the final payment for a project is made, it is non-refundable.
Set Up Fees for Services

- Refunds: We do not provide refunds for set-up fees once services have commenced.
- Cancellation: Clients may cancel their service at any time by submitting a written cancellation request at least two weeks before the next payment is due.

Our subscription services aim to provide ongoing support and value to your business. Here’s how our refund policy applies:
- Refunds: We do not provide refunds for monthly subscription services.
- Cancellation: Clients may cancel their subscription at any time by submitting a written cancellation request at least two weeks before the next payment is due.
- Final Payment: Upon cancellation, the next scheduled payment will be the final one. We require a minimum of two weeks’ notice to facilitate the closure of services and transfer of client information.
